If you are looking for isolation during these difficult times, we are offering a “Self-Isolation” package for our guests. Not only have we significantly reduced our nightly rates, but you will have the entire villa and private pool to yourself. The villa is equipped with everything you need to cook at home with grocery shopping just minutes away. In addition, we can arrange food delivery, moped or car delivery, in-villa massages, and even a private chef upon request. For additional peace of mind, our cleaning team prepares and sanitizes the villa before each arrival based on the latest health regulations.

The living room is well equipped with a large flat screen television as well as a bluetooth enabled soundbar giving you the ability to enjoy movies with high quality sound or listen to streamed music through your phone.
A fully equipped Western-style kitchen allows you to cook anything you desire from a simple pad-thai to a full Sunday roast for you and the family, or even take advantage of the villa’s private chef options

Two spacious bedrooms, both with large en-suite bathroom featuring large rain showers, are equipped with large king size beds. The back bedroom has a view of the garden, while the front bedroom has a view of the pool and garden.

Payment Terms
1. The actual exchange rate will be on your payment date.
2. Deposit Payment: For confirmation of booking: 30% payment required.
3. Final Payment: The balance of total rental amount is due a minimum of 30 days before the check-in date.

• Water: 800 THB / 6000 Ltr
• Private Chef at 1,500 THB per setting (guest pays cost + 20% for food)

• As a form of security (and for peace of mind) for the villa owner, the Guest Manager will request on arrival a fully refundable $300 or 10,000 THB (cash only).
• Please note that any minor damage / breakages shall be charged at the end of your stay, at replacement value. If required, damages must be paid and will be requested by the General Manager and paid in full before departure.
